WAITLIST APPLICATION

YAY! You have decided to submit a waitlist application to get on the waitlist and start the process to add one of our sweet babies to your family! We could not be more excited to work with you and be a small part of your next furmembers life!

STEPS TO GETTING ON THE WAITLIST FOR ONE OF OUR PUPS:

Step 1 - Waitlist Application and Interview

Before we go any further we encourage you to look over and review our puppy contracts on our "Contracts + Health Guarantee" page. If you are not willing to agree to the terms and conditions in our contracts then please get in contact with another breeder as the terms in our contracts are non-negotiable. If you are willing to agree to the terms within our contracts then lets continue! 

Firstly we will have you fill out puppy application/questionnaire form. Once you have submitted your application, we will be in touch with you shortly after! Note that we do have a phone call interview with any family that is interested in one our babies prior to them getting on a litter's waitlist. If I have not reached back out in a reasonable time frame please feel free to reach out to us again. If we have a current litter on the ground our response time can be delayed and take longer to respond as we are devoting all of our time preparing those pups for their families and vice versa.

Please keep in mind that just because you have filled out an application, this does not guarantee a spot for you on our waitlists. It is merely the start of the process in order to get on our waitlist. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse the purchase of one of our pups to any individuals that we feel are not the best fit for our puppies.

Step 2 - Waitlist Deposit

If you have not visited the "Price + Deposits" page, please do so now! 

Once you have submitted your Waitlist Application Form/Puppy Questionnaire and have had a phone call interview with us, it is time to place your waitlist deposit. Once you have placed your waitlist deposit you have officially reserved a spot on our waitlist for either a male or female pup from one of our upcoming litters! 

Please do not submit a waitlist deposit prior to filling out and application and having a phone call with us and I have given the go ahead to send in a deposit. As stated in our Price + Deposits page we take Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, Cash, or a certified cashiers check as payment for your deposit. We do NOT accept personal checks.

Step 3 - The Waitlist 

So, now that you are officially on our waitlist and have reserved your new furmember, this is what you should expect to happen while on our waitlist! 

Once we have a litter that has arrived and is on the ground we get in touch with each family on the waitlist for that litter. We will go down our waitlist and get in touch to ensure that it is still a good time to add a new baby to your family! If you are on our waitlist and now is not a good time to add your new pup no worries! We offer all of our families to transfer to another upcoming litter so your waitlist deposit is not lost!  

Please keep in mind that when we plan our upcoming litters we are doing our best to anticipate heat cycles and plan for when we tentatively expect babies to arrive. We cannot 100% guarantee when a female will be in heat nor when a litter will be born. We do our best to have tentative dates for those on our waitlist. Again, there is NO GUARANTEE on these things as heat cycles and whelp dates are not something that we can control. In addition, these pairings between our sires and dams are subject to change. In the case that we have changed a sire or dam to one of our upcoming litters we will be in touch with everyone on the waitlist for that litter!

Step 4 - Puppies Are Here

Yay! Puppies have arrived and one of these little guys or gals will be your new best furend! Once babies have arrived we will be in contact with all waitlisted families as stated above! When we have been in contact and you have placed your reservation deposit on your pup, you will officially be moved off of our waitlist! After you are moved off our waitlist, MISSION SUCESS!  Your new companion is being carefully molded and guided to grow into your next family member!
