STUD SERVICE
STUD FEE : Our stud fee for our available stud(s) is our choice of either a stud fee that is equal to the price of a puppy, or 1st pick of the litter to retain a puppy back from the breeding.
We reserve the right to refuse services to any female and or breeder for any reason. We offer stud services to approved females outside of our program via live cover, artificial insemination, and or shipped, chilled semen. The requirements we have for any females that you wish to pair with our stud(s) are as follows:
* AKC Registered (Full Rights)
*Genetically tested and clear (we only make exceptions for ICH carriers, carriers of anything else disqualifies your female in question)
*OFA, Penhipp, or clearances by orthopedic, ophthalmology, and cardiology k9 specialists.
*NEGATIVE BRUCELLOSIS TEST
*We prefer females to have at least 1 AKC title, however dependent upon pedigree, and or training the female has received and retained. If the female in question is a family hunting companion, working k9, etc, this is acceptable as well!

LIVE COVER : *NEGATIVE BRUCELLOSIS TEST IS NEEDED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE BREEDING DATE SCHEDULED* If you choose live cover as your desired option of stud service, it is your responsibility to keep us updated on when the approved female comes into heat/season. It is our preference for the female to be progesterone tested via your vet prior to any breedings. This is so that we can ensure to breed her at the optimal timing to guarantee a litter be produced. If you choose to board your female with us for the breeding period, no boarding fees with be obtained unless her stay exceeds 3 to 4 days (outlined in our stud contract). We just ask that you provide her food, leash and an appropriate collar, crate, and or anything else you feel will make her stay more comfortable. Travel to approved females can be arranged beforehand if it is not feasible for the female to stay in our care and vice versa. If we travel to you for live coverage all travel expenses are the responsibility of the female owner and will be added to the overall stud fee unless otherwise agreed upon.

ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION : We do also provide AI services to approved females. The progesterone testing and any other vet related costs of AI services are the responsibility of the females owner. We prefer for the female to come and board/stay in our possession a few days prior to her first progesterone testing if the female is located outside of 1 hour from us. This is so that if she is ready to be bred at this first testing we do not miss the window of ovulation. If the female is local she may remain in your possession until the breedings are scheduled to take place. WE WILL NOT ARTIFICIALLY INSEMINATE ANY FEMALES WHO HAVE NOT RECIEVED PROGESTERONE TESTING!!

SHIPPED CHILLED SEMEN : If you choose shipped, chilled semen as your option of stud service, the semen collection will be collected, prepared, and packaged by our veterinary team. We can ship collections at anytime in the year, but a 72 hour notice to schedule a drop off of our stud(s) to our vet for collection, etc is appreciated. The female owner will be responsible for the cost of shipping (approximately $200 - $300 dependent upon your location) + vet fees contracted for collection of semen (approximately $300 - $400), a $50 travel fee as we are approximately 50 to 60 minutes from the clinic. The semen collected from our stud(s) will be evaluated both before and after the extender is added prior to shipment.
