No puppy will leave the possession of Liberty Kennel without the signing of these contracts. These contracts are binding, legal documents and both the Breeder (us) and the Puppy Buyer (you) will have copies of any contracts signed.
Please note once you have placed your deposit, we will assume you have read the following contracts and agree to all the terms and conditions stated there.
HEALTH
GUARANTEE
Many people we are in contact with often ask if we have a Health Guarantee.
We have a Genetic Health Guarantee, that covers any genetic medical condition that your puppy inherited from the pairing of his/her sire and dam. All of our sires and dams are genetically tested and paired according to those results. This ensures that none of our puppies produced inherit any of the genetic conditions Golden Retrievers carry. You may ask why do we have a Genetic Health Guarantee then? Genetics is a constantly changing and growing science, new things are discovered nearly every day about canine genetics. So we have a Genetic Health Guarantee in place for the off chance that a puppy has inherited and been affected by a new found genetic condition that their parents carry. If your puppy is affected by a genetic condition passed to him/her from their sire and dam, then a diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian is required. The breeder reserves the right to have the puppy seen by a vet of their choosing to have them evaluated for a second opinion.

LIMITED/FULL
REGISTRATION
Limited AKC Registration will come with a puppy is being purchased for the sole purpose of a pet, companion, or working k9. This means that the buyer is agreeing that this puppy is NEVER to be bred under any circumstances. If a puppy with Limited AKC sires or whelps a litter, whether purposeful or accidental, the Breeder is entitled to $1000 per puppy produced. The Breeder also reserves the right to take possession of the puppy and any current offspring.

Full AKC Registration will come with a puppy that is being purchased with the intention of adding him/her to your breeding program. This puppy is being purchased with the intent of breeding in the future after all the requirements set by the Breeder have been reached. The Breeder reserves the right to refuse to place a puppy with Full AKC with any breeder/family for any reason.
